Ingredients: Water (reverse osmosis), glucose-fructose syrup, red beetroot concentrate (15:1 concentrated), red beetroot extract (beta vulgaris 15:1), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), preservative (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate). May contain fish.
Directions: Take 1–2 shots 2.5–3 hours before training or competition. Well-trained athletes may benefit from taking 1–2 shots per day for 3–7 days prior to the event to load up on nitrate. Shake before use. Maximum of 2 shots per day. Avoid the use of antibacterial mouthwash during the entire period of use.
