Chew Salts are mineral salt tablets formulated for use during physical activity, helping to replenish electrolytes lost through sweat and support overall performance. Presented in a convenient tube with 13 chewable tablets, they are designed for easy consumption without the need for water, making them particularly practical during training sessions and competitions.

Each tablet delivers a balanced combination of key electrolytes, including 200 mg of sodium, 60 mg of potassium, 20 mg of calcium and 12 mg of magnesium. These minerals play an essential role in maintaining fluid balance, supporting normal muscle function and contributing to the proper functioning of the nervous system. Maintaining electrolyte balance is especially important during prolonged or high-intensity exercise, where mineral losses can impact performance and increase fatigue.

Chew Salts are available in three flavours: lemon, tropical and red fruits, with the red fruits option including caffeine (50 mg per tablet) for an added stimulatory effect. Calcium contributes to normal energy metabolism and muscle function, while potassium supports muscle function, normal nerve activity and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

The recommended intake is one tablet every 30 to 60 minutes during activity, depending on sweat rate and environmental conditions. Maximum daily intake should not exceed six tablets for non-caffeinated flavours or four tablets for the caffeinated version.
